If you have had a change of heart you must return the item to Youniquegifts unused and in its original condition within 14 days for a refund. Each returned product must include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging, etc. This includes items such as cable ties and plug covers. Please note that if security seals are broken or if blister packaging has been opened then the product is not in its original condition.

If you have a voucher to use, put your chosen items into the basket and go to the checkout. There you can select an option ‘Do you have a voucher’ here you can enter your voucher code and apply the discount to your order.

Click here to track your order. Some orders are dispatched directly from our suppliers. These are usually personalised items. In this case you may not be provided with any tracking information if you complete the form. If you are unsure then please do not hesitate to contact us.

For all of our stocked items we offer various options of delivery. If you’re not in too much of a hurry then our standard UK delivery will usually be with you 48 hours after dispatch. However, we also offer speedy deliveries for those of you who just can’t wait to receive their awesome parcel.
